  Steer Clear of this Franchise!!!
  
  I was hesitant at first to sign up because of how nasty I had heard the food tasted, but I had friends and relatives who bought the stuff and hey...they lost weight. Besides, you have three days to get your $$$ back right? Well...not so fast...
  
  After two days on this program I realized quickly that this food was nasty...I mean, REALLY nasty. As in "this ziti tastes like cellophane noodles swimming in vomit" nasty! And the other food items weren't much better. Now understand that I'm realistic that food bought from a weight loss store probably isn't going to taste like a 5 star restaurant and that losing weight requires sacrifice in taste, portion size, etc. but come on...this was over the top gross.
  
  So I make the decision that there are other ways to lose a few pounds and that this program isn't going to work for me. Let's just say that the same ladies who were polite and responsive 2 days earlier were not so nice and responsive once learning that I wanted to cancel. I couldn't believe how rude and condescending these folks were after making the sale. So I called Medifast corporate to inform them and they said that they had received several complaints about this particular franchise and I could have gone directly through them and avoided the membership fees (normally $1000!)
  
  Bottom line: North Dallas has LOTS of weight loss centers to choose from...I would steer clear of this franchise.
